Threat to `blow head off' judge leads to arrest
Threatening to kill a Federal judge (in this case, Inge Johnson, who was also one of the judges in the Scrushy affair's early stages) is an excellent way to earn a free visit to one of our nation's many fine detention facilities.

I think it's oddly hysterical that he was arrested while doing "hurricane relief work." Surely that won't be mentioned repeatedly in legal proceedings to portray him more sympathetically.

Susan, I thought the same thing. He's going to be portrayed as an aggrieved patriot who is the victim of Big Brother government -- and a really nice guy who does hurricane relief work. Threatening to kill a judge? Oh, he was just blowing off steam...
