Former aide says he OK'd phony invoices
Nick Bailey has spent more time being cross-examined than in his original testimony, largely because the defense has to destroy him. He's not done yet. Anyway, he's apparently being set up as the real criminal, as usual, and Don Siegelman the victim of unscrupulous underlings.

I interviewed with some guy named Bailey, for a job with The Don's last re-election campaign.
He seemed really into the drama, the power, the glory, etc. Wonder if this is the same dude?

If Bailey is the "star" witness for the prosecution then the prosecution is going to lose. Again.
