He's full of something

Langford's full of ideas, both big and small

My basic position on Larry Langford: He is completely and totally insane. However, he is the good kind of insane, the sort that generates ideas. He just needs someone to act as a brake, to say, "No, Larry, hollowing out Fultondale to build the world's largest swimming pool isn't feasible." Apparently, he lacks this, or doesn't believe the people (who are, admittedly, Republicans) who tell him this. This story is about this phenomenon, Langford's neverending stream of crazy ideas and refusal to listen to anybody who can tell him what's wrong with them.

I am greatly surprised by something... Langford is apparently not a self-Googler. I'm up to fourth in a search for "Larry Langford" but I have never received a condemnatory e-mail or anything. It's actually disappointing.
