Doctor named to environment overseer panel
Why is a radiologist qualified for a position on the Alabama Environmental Management Commission? I don't know. Then again, she replaces a psychiatrist.

I figured that, but why the law? If it has to be a physician, an oncologist or a GP would make sense. A radiologist?
