Pharmacy school rejected

The University of South Alabama wants, apparently, to duplicate every school offered by any other University in the state. The Alabama Commission on Higher Education (isn't ACHE a great acronym?), however, rejected their proposal for a pharmacy school. (There are already two in the state, one at Auburn and one at Samford.)
