And Mexicans!

al.com: NewsFlash - Mexican troops cross into U.S. for hurricane relief

I mean, what if they stay behind? Think of the schools! Plus, it's kind of embarrassing.

I heard something on the radio yesterday about the Mexican Army; apparently they have a very good disaster relief reputation, since they don't invade other countries and focus on domestic work.

Why won't we let the 1100 Cuban medical personnel Castro promised help, too? OH, that's right...

We don't need foreign aid because we are a self-reliant nation built on free-market capitalism, not a liberal welfare-state built on socialism.

It sure is nice to be receiving international aid, instead of always giving it. To my knowledge, this is the first time in the history of the US that we have received direct disaster assistance from other countries. Even after 9-11, no other nation offered any food or troops to help out in NYC.
