Stagnant water and untreated sewage means Cholera and Typhoid. I hope the people who are planning on staying around looted some Cipro.

Hypothetically, were I in such a situation...medical supplies would be third on the looting list after bottled water and canned food. A propane camp stove and propane cylinders would be #4.

The irony here is that looters who went after the HDTV's and stereos won't be able to use them for months, if ever.
