They should have known
BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Arts | Lennon musical postpones opening
This was a disaster waiting to happen. Not only is the idea as described stupid, not only is John Lennon rolling over in his grave at the idea of being a subject for a musical (Paul, sure, that I could see), but it is, or was, (some say he's been replaced) directed by Don Scardino. Star of Squirm.
