I've heard about that
Davis leads inquiry into higher-cost mortgages lenders offer minorities
Artur Davis was joined in his request that the Federal Reserve investigate by Spencer Bachus. Bachus is from Vestavia Hills, where this isn't a problem because nobody will sell a house to a black person anyway.

I can only say what I have before. Things like this are the reason I'm happy Davis was elected. What with his free trips and ethics investigations, Earl Hilliard simply never would have bothered.

This is a complete waste of resources. Focus on the source of the problem, not the end result. Fix education.
Hint: Government isn't the right tool to fix this problem. Parents are.

I agree, Trevor: The parents of asshole lenders who institutionalize racist lending policies or open up predatory lending businesses in already economically-depressed neighborhoods clearly didn't instill any civic values in them.
