Google'da Ara: effects of war on everything
Wow. That's a tough one. I'd have to say that "everything", the whole universe, is very big and mostly made up of empty space. Most matter is part of extremely massive objects (stars and black holes) which no known war could do much of anything to. Therefore, on average, the effects of war on everything should be considered "None".

This is exactly the kind of stuff that somehow DIDN'T make it's way into the Hitchhiker's movie. Maybe when they release the DVD they will put all the funny parts back in.
