Yes, it looks bad for Richard Scrushy. Justice Department: 2, CEOs Above Law (Martha Stewart, Bernard Ebbers): 0. Of course, Dennis Kozlowski is in rematch, but those perky prosecutors, boasting a jury without last season's dementia handicap, may hold the court for a clean sweep!
