The UN Security Council is still debating whether to send troops to intervene in the conflict, but France keeps threatening to veto the measure unless they are given a share of the resconstruction contracts.

Well, if we could build a spacecraft to go the speed of light, we could put the entire General Assembly in it and it would take 300 million years for them to get there.
