Yeah, so why did it seem such a big deal that SportsCenter actually showed highlights from EVERY game on the 23rd - 24th of December. Isn't that was they're supposed to do?
You know, instead of holding mock press conferences or invent controversy by getting 2005 USC to "play a game" against previous National Champions?

ESPN is going to go beyond having '05 USC play previous national champions. If they win tonight, we can expect to see USC's matchups vs. the German Luftwaffe, Khmer Rouge and Holy Roman Empire.

Given E!SPN's deification of USC leading up the the game, I was really hoping that one of the Texas players or coaches had just ripped the network a new one during one of the post-game press conferences.
E!SPN didn't even have the decency to look abashed by the whole thing.

I hope that you include Bill Plaschke in your next poll. How J.A. Adande got included and he didn't is beyond me. Heck, include all of the ATH regulars, not just Mariotti, Paige and Ryan, although Woody doesn't irritate me. Also add people from Cold Pizza and ESPNews (Kirk Giminez, especially).
